Information we may collect  

You may browse the website without providing any personal data, however, certain features require that you provide us with additional information about you such as when signing up for our mailing list. In such cases, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal data. 

In addition, our servers automatically collect certain information about visits to our website such as, but not limited to, the Internet browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using and the domain name or IP address from which you are linked to this website.

  • Other LEO Pharma entities, which means other LEO Pharma subsidiaries.

The employees who have access to personal data have been trained to handle such data properly and in accordance with our security protocols and strict standards of confidentiality. Although we cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of data, we take appropriate measures to try to prevent such unfortunate occurrences. However, we may share your personal data to LEO Pharma affiliates located outside the EEA.

Retention of your personal data 

For e-mails from dermxonline.org that you have signed up to, we keep your personal data for up to 2 years after our latest communication with you.  

In all instances, you may at any time opt-out to receiving the services. In such instances, we will not keep your personal data after you have discontinued the services.  

The right to withdraw consent 

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us on the contact details listed above. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data based on your prior consent and until the date of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, therefore, it will not be effective until this date.
